    Charges

  1. When purchasing an item you must select the appropriate shipping cost based on the region in which you provide as the delivery address.
  2. The postage prices quoted reflect the actual stamp cost plus a small charge for packaging as all packing materials are new and clean to protect your item in transit. There is no profit made from postage costs and, indeed, most postage prices are actually subsidised by us. If you require a breakdown of the postage costs, please contact us for details and we will gladly oblige.
  3. Postage discounts are available on multiple purchases; please email us stating the items you are interested in purchasing and the discount can be calculated.
  4. Despatch

  5. Your order will normally be despatched within 72 hours of receipt of payment, and usually within 24 hours; however, there may be delays caused by Public Holidays and other events outside of our control (e.g. industrial action). In such cases, your items will be sent as soon as possible and we will communicate any delays to you via the email address that you have provided.
  6. You will be notified by email when your item has been posted.
  7. UK

  8. Items posted to destinations within the UK will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which guarantees delivery prior to 1pm on the next available working day after despatch.
  9. Saturday deliveries may be available in some areas but this is not guaranteed.
  10. UK items are usually shipped Monday to Saturday.
  11. Special Delivery carries full insurance up to the value of £2,500 (GBP).
  12. Customers in the Highlands of Scotland may find that their deliveries take one extra working day to arrive.
  13. Europe and Worldwide

  14. We are now pleased to offer delivery via courier services which offers a fully trackable online service and swift delivery. If you require a less expensive and significantly slower service then please contact us for details.
  15. International items are shipped Monday to Friday.
  16. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Box addresses via the courier service.
  17. Items are posted with full insurance.
  18. Additional Points

  19. You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchased.
  20. Note that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
  21. We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered, or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
