Indeed, we only sell authentic Louis Vuitton and, occassionally, other authentic brands. We have been a My Poupette Recommended Seller since May 2005, and have sold over 2000 authentic pieces.
- Can I see the datecode?
We will be glad to email you the datecode of any item on request.
- Why does this item look different on the Louis Vuitton website?
As with most things in life, manufacturers do change their designs from time to time and Louis Vuitton is no exception. If you have specific questions to which you would like an explanation, please contact us for further information.
- I don’t have a PayPal account, how can I pay?
For UK customers, we are happy to accept payment via bank transfer, personal cheque or postal order. For international customers, we are happy to accept payment via wire transfer or Western Union.
- Will you accept an offer on this item?
Please feel free to approach us with your offers; however, please do not be offended if your offer is declined.
- Do you offer postage discounts?
We are pleased to offer postage discounts on multiple purchases. The discount depends on the items you wish to purchase. Please contact us for information as necessary.
- Will you hold my item whilst I go on holiday?
If you pay with PayPal then we must ship your item within seven days of receipt of funds. If you wish us to hold your item for longer than seven days, you will need to pay by another method.
- Can you ship this item via a postage method where I don’t have to sign for it?
Under no circumstances are we able to offer this as it is a PayPal requirement that signature confirmation of delivery is obtained.
- Can you ship this item without insurance?
Whilst it is rare for items to go missing in the post, insurance is for both your protection and ours. All items are shipped with full insurance.
- Can you ship this item to my work address?
Providing you are able to offer a confirmed PayPal account for your work address then this is absolutely fine. If not, we can still ship to your work address providing you pay by another method.
- Why do you use courier shipping?
We offer courier shipping for all our items posted outside of the UK, not just those posted outside Europe. We are the only seller in the UK to offer this service; our prices are not only competitive but cheaper than other sellers as we subsidise postage costs for customer convenience. Courier shipments are fully trackable online and are also delivered faster than Royal Mail International Signed For or Airsure services.
- Do you offer lay-away plans?
We are happy to discuss lay-away plans with customers on higher end items; however please note that we will require an immediate 30% non-refundable deposit. If the agreed payments are not made on time then the item will be re-advertised for sale.
- Do you take items on consignment?
Yes, we are happy to take items on consignment. All consignment items will be authenticated. We only accept Louis Vuitton items on a consignment basis. Please contact us for further information.
